Lost/Forgotten Tickets:

In the event tickets are lost or forgotten, the Giants can reprint the tickets provided the following information can be confirmed: game date, section, row, seat, that the original tickets have not entered the ballpark and that the account holder on record approves the request. If the tickets have already scanned into the ballpark, the customer will be required to purchase new tickets, subject to availability. Please remember that tickets are like cash and should be kept in a safe place. Lost or forgotten parking passes cannot be reprinted or re-issued.

Stolen Tickets:

The Giants can reprint stolen tickets provided the following information can be confirmed: game date, section, row, seat, that the original tickets have not entered the ballpark and that the account holder on record approves the request. Reprinting the tickets creates a new barcode thus voiding the stolen tickets.

Rain Checks:

Every effort will be made to replay a rained-out or postponed game. If a game is postponed (i.e. due to inclement weather) guests may use their tickets to attend the rescheduled game. If the game is canceled, guests may request a refund. Season ticket members will receive a credit on their account for any canceled game. Tickets purchased with a credit card through the Giants (i.e. at the ballpark ticket office, official Giants website, or at a Giants Dugout Store) will be refunded back to the original card used at the time of purchase. Ticket purchased through cash transactions must be submitted by mail to the AT&T Park Ticket Office at: AT&T Park, Attn: Giants Tickets/Customer Service, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco CA 94107.

Any such violation will be addressed appropriately by the Giants, their affiliates and the San Francisco Police Department will enforce California Penal Code Sec. 346 and M.P.C. 869 for any such violations. People caught selling tickets in violation of the law may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to AT&T Park revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Giants ticket outlets only.
