Registration for chance to purchase Cubs post-season tickets begins today
Fans will have the chance to purchase tickets for possible NLDS and NLCS games at Wrigley Field through random drawing

CHICAGO -- Registration for a random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets for any of the 2008 Chicago Cubs National League Division Series or National League Championship Series games that may be played at Wrigley Field begins today, Wednesday, September 3. Fans may register for the drawing online at www.cubs.com. The deadline to register for the random drawing for the opportunity to purchase possible NLDS tickets is September 19 (complete schedule below).
The random drawing for tickets to any of the National League Division Series games that may be played at Wrigley Field will take place on Friday, September 19. Fans selected for the opportunity to purchase tickets for NLDS games will be notified via e-mail on Monday, September 22. The e-mail will provide winners with instructions on how to purchase tickets online between 12 noon and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23. Complete rules and details are available at www.cubs.com.
In order to preserve fairness and ensure as many fans are accommodated as possible, there will be a one-game, two-ticket purchase limit for each winner selected.
Registrants not selected in the NLDS drawing will still be eligible for the National League Championship Series drawing.
