ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible parking is available for $10 day of all Non-Marquee games. Accessible parking on Marquee games is available for $15 day of game or $9 if purchased in advance. Violators who fail to display proper plates or permits may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.

BUS DROP OFF (Special Needs)

Only buses with senior citizens and/or persons with special needs are permitted to drop-off at a location other than the bus parking area, and only if they arrive at least one hour prior to game time. Buses utilizing the special needs drop-off should adhere to the following guidelines:

• Please enter the Miller Park lots by taking I-94 to Miller Park Way South, followed by the Miller Park exit, and stay in the left hand lane. When you reach the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic signal, and a parking attendant will assist you.
• The drop-off area is on the west side of Miller Park. Bus drivers and group leaders will receive a number from the parking staff. The bus may conduct a U-turn and proceed back over Miller Park Way to the bus parking area, east of Miller Park Way and Miller Park, or may continue along the ring road toward the bus parking area.
• For pick-up at the conclusion of the game, buses should utilize the drop-off location.
• Buses may not pick up at the transit area or Hot Corner of Miller Park.
• Group Leaders should present their number to the parking staff stationed at the pick-up/drop-off location when their entire group is present and accounted for. Staff will radio to the bus parking area and their bus will be released.

BUS PARKING

All buses will be parked in the Miller Lot east of Miller Park which is only accessible via Miller Parkway. No extra spaces can be reserved for tailgating near the buses, however if additional space is needed custom tailgate space is recommended. Bus parking can be purchased the day of game for $50.00 or 7 days in advance for $35.00.

DUPLICATE TICKET POLICY

Please treat your tickets as you would cash. Tickets that are lost, stolen, left at home or in the office will be replaced for a $5 non-refundable per ticket fee. If the original tickets and the reprinted tickets both find their way to the ballpark, the account who asked for the original tickets to be reprinted will be responsible for full payment of the duplicate tickets. If tickets are stolen and a police report is presented to the Brewers Sales Office, tickets can be reprinted at no charge. Duplicate tickets are issued at the sole discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers. The Milwaukee Brewers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

IMPORTANT TIMES

• Gates open 2 hours prior to the scheduled start for Opening Day.
• In April, May and September, gates open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start all Games, seven days a week.
• In June, July, and August, gates open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of all Games Sunday-Friday and 2 hours prior on Saturday.
• All Miller Park Parking Lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled start for all games.
• All opening times are subject to change.

MOTORCYCLE PARKING

Motorcycle parking is located in the Cooper lot at General Parking rates.

PAYMENT POLICY

Regular Group Tickets
For Marquee, All-Fan Giveaway and Saturday game dates, full payment is required at the time you reserve your group tickets.

For all remaining games, a 50% down payment is required at the time you reserve your group tickets. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the game you are attending.

All-Inclusive Area Tickets
For Marquee and Saturday game dates, full payment is required at the time you reserve your group tickets.

For all other games, a 50% down payment is required at the time you reserve your group tickets. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the game you are attending.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

Guests may not exit and re-enter Miller Park using the same ticket. However, in case of an emergency, a guest may receive a signature on their ticket stub from a Gate Supervisor, which will permit a guest to re-enter Miller Park at the same gate. Guests who leave Miller Park at any time without the signature on their ticket stub will not be permitted to re-enter with the same ticket.

SCOREBOARD RECOGNITION

All groups consisting of 25 or more have the option of a complimentary 30-character scoreboard mention. You should inform your Brewers Account Representative of the message at least 48 hours prior to the homestand of your game date. The exact time of this mention is not predetermined, so please watch closely! Non-group related scoreboard mentions can be placed through Brewers Community Foundation at (414) 902-4501.

TICKET SCALPING

Resale of tickets is only lawful within the Ticket Resale Zone. This area is located on the walkway between the Public Transit turnaround circle and the Aaron parking lot, just south of the Helfaer Field. This is the exclusive area for reselling tickets at up to face value. The resale of tickets at any price in any area other than the Ticket Resale Zone is in violation of Milwaukee City Ordinance 11.01. Violators are subject to arrest and prosecution by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department.

Below indicates which items are permitted to be brought into Miller Park:

• Soft-Sided Cooler Bags (Size Limit 16" X 16" X 8")
• Small Purses and Fanny Packs
• Small Diaper Bags, Strollers, Wheelchairs

Note: All bags, purses, fanny packs or soft sided coolers must be 16" X 16" X 8" or smaller.

All Food Items must be contained within soft-see-through containers, i.e. ZipLoc bags in order to expedite bag inspection at Miller Park Gates.

All permitted items will be subject to inspection at the gates.

• No open or concealed weapons/firearms except in the owner's locked motor vehicle.

Note: There will be no claim check available for prohibited items at the gates.

UNUSED TICKET POLICY

All group tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any unused tickets may be resold the day of the game at the Ticket Resale Zone located on the walkway between the Public Transit turnaround circle and the Aaron parking lot, just south of the Helfaer Field.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING

Accessible seating is conveniently located throughout Miller Park on all four levels and is equipped with one power outlet per seating section. A limited number of ushers and wheelchairs are available to transport guests from the entry gates to their seat location and back.
