Group FAQ

What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?

To qualify as a group sale, you will need to purchase 20 or more tickets in the Coca-Cola All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Pavilion or Executive Club Level. The minimum for all other seating options is 30 tickets.

How will I know if a game is available before I place my group order?

You may check group sales availability by calling the Group Sales department at 323-224-1421.

What days do you offer group sales?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will my group be seated together?

We do our best to ensure that your group will be assigned in a block of seats all together. Seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

Is wheelchair accessible seating available?

Yes, we do offer ADA seating throughout the stadium, except for the Left and Right Field Pavilions. If you need wheelchair accessible seating, please let your group representative know at the time you place the order.

What age do children require a ticket for admission into the ballpark?

Children 3 and under can enter the stadium free. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and are not eligible to receive any promotional giveaways.

What is your payment policy for group tickets?

Our payment policy is payment in full for all group ticket orders. This policy does allow you to return up to 50% of the tickets (above the group minimum) no later than three weeks prior to the game for a refund. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was received.

Can I purchase additional tickets?

Additional tickets can be purchased up to 24 hours prior to your game date. Since most Dodger games will sell out in advance, it is always best to purchase your seats during the initial order. Please note that group prices and ticket availability are subject to change without prior notice. We may not have seats available next to your group when you make an additional purchase.

When will I receive my tickets?

Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive your confirmation and order via email. Please contact the Group Sales department by phone at 323-224-1421 or by email at if alternate delivery method is needed.

What time can I get into the ballpark?

Parking lot gates open 2 ½ hours prior to game time. Turnstiles open 2 hours prior to game time. Provide ample time for traffic congestion, especially on promotional nights when a limited number of items are distributed.

Where is the best place to park my car, RV or bus?

The Dodgers encourage all patrons to pre-purchase their parking passes. Not only will you save money, but it was save you stress on the day of your event!

Does parking ever sell out?

For full capacity games, it is possible that general admission and preferred parking will sell out. Purchasing your parking pass in advance is always encouraged. Early arrival is also encouraged.

Do you offer disabled parking?

There is an ample amount of disabled parking spaced located in parking lots G, N, & P. Parking cashiers and attendants will direct those with a valid state-issued disabled parking permit and/or license plate to these areas. Locations are first come, first served. Once ADA stalls are filled, you will be directed to alternate locations. The Dodgers offer a free shuttle services to disabled fans. Once parked, please call the Dodger Hotline at 323-224-2611 to arrange a shuttle transport.

What other methods of transportation are available to the ballpark?

  • The Dodgers have multiple bike rack lockup locations throughout the stadium:
    • Lot G-2: Left Field level & Left Pavilion
    • Lot G-3: Right Field level & Right Pavilion
    • Lot L: Right Club & Right Loge levels
    • Lot N: Right Reserve level
    • Lot B: Left Reserve level
    • Lot D: Left Club and Loge levels
    • Lot P: Top Deck

Are there locations where my group can tailgate?

Tailgating is prohibited on Dodger Stadium property. Dodger Stadium defines tailgating as taking part in such activities as consumption of food and alcoholic beverages and/or congregating anywhere on Stadium property, e.g. in any of the parking lots. In order to suppress potential fire hazards, disorderly conduct, noise disturbances, etc.., tailgating or picnicking in any of the Los Angeles Dodgers lots before, during, or after an event will not be permitted.

What am I allowed to bring into the ballpark?

Prohibited items include: glass bottles, cans, weapons, poles, umbrellas, banners, air horns, musical instruments, fireworks/firecrackers, laser pointers, backpacks larger than 16X16X8, and pets. All items are subject to Dodger Stadium management.
