Proceeds from Diamond of Dreams will benefit The University of Kansas Hospital's Neonatal Medical Home. The Neonatal Medical Home offers family-centered, long-term primary care dedicated exclusively to premature babies and those born with complex medical conditions. This unique, all-inclusive care is provided in an outpatient clinic located at the hospital.
A highly specialized, multidisciplinary team uses a proactive approach to provide compassionate care and coordinated services to these patients - from birth through age 5 - and their families. Neonatal Medical Home services and advice are available to families 24 hours a day. Diamond of Dreams proceeds will support patients and families, innovative programs, equipment and education in the Neonatal Medical Home, as well as for Neonatal Intensive Care.
