Why do the ushers get switched around and to sections where they don't know the regular fans?
The Cubs strive for familiarity of staff with regular fans, but also have to rotate once in a while if complaints arise in certain areas. Use this website to email us directly if you feel that you have a concern. Tell us the section or staff person causing the problem and it will be addressed.
Why doesn't the ball-person give away the baseballs when they go foul?
Cubs give the baseballs to the pitchers in the bullpen and in the dugout for the players to give away.
