FIRST PITCH CEREMONY - Bring 1,000 or more people to any game and a representative can throw out a ceremonial first pitch prior to the game, pending date availability.

ON-FIELD PHOTO - For groups of 1,000 or more, up to four representatives from your group will be eligible for a photo on the Cubs on-deck circle, pending scheduling availability. If you qualify, please mention this to your sales representative when placing your order.

UPPER DECK FOOD COURT - The Upper Deck Food Court is located above the famous red marquee and has a great view of the Chicago skyline. BUS PARKING - The Cubs have a number of spaces for bus parking on weekday afternoon games only (excluding Opening Day and holiday games). Parking is available in the Cubs Green Lot for $40 per bus. The Green Lot is one block north of Wrigley Field on Grace Street. For a reserved spot, call your Cubs Representative for game date availability at (773) 404-2827.

REFUND POLICY - Refunds on full priced tickets will be given on 10 percent of the number of tickets purchased per game if the unused tickets are received by the Cubs Group Sales Department at least 10 days prior to the game in question. Please note that there are no refunds on discounted tickets.

LOST TICKETS - If you lose or misplace your tickets, there will be a $5 (cash or check) replacement fee per ticket. Duplicate tickets can only be picked up at will call on the day of the game.
