Purchasing a 2009 Cubs Club Membership
Memberships for 2009 are no longer available. In order to receive a Cubs Club Membership, you must complete the Cubs Club order application form on cubs.com by providing complete and accurate personal information consisting of your name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid credit card information and shipping address. The cubs.com's Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. To ensure that each member can access their online benefits, please use a unique e-mail and password for each membership purchased. You must have a valid cubs.com username and password to enter, and must have purchased a 2009 Cubs Club membership. The e-mail used upon sign-up will be your Cubs Club member e-mail. The Cubs or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account. All sales are final. If purchasing more than one membership, please use one unique e-mail address per order.
Gift Recipients
THE GIFT MUST BE ACTIVATED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR CUBS CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD. As a gift recipient, you will need to activate your membership before receiving the Cubs Club benefits, including the 2009 Membership Card, 2009 MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription, access to the members-only section, and more. The e-mail you received when you were notified of your gift included a special link and information on how to activate your membership. You must click on that link. If you have not received this link, please contact CubsClub@website.mlb.com.
Your 2009 Cubs Club Membership Card
Shipments of 2009 Cubs Club Cards and stickers will commence in February. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. Neither the Chicago Cubs, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen cards. Any 2009 membership cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at Wrigley Field, Chicago, IL until the conclusion of the 2008 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by providing proof of identification. Cards may be replaced at the discretion of the Chicago Cubs. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a check made out to MLB.com in the amount of $3.00 to Cubs Club, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10021. All inquiries regarding Cubs Club Membership Cards should be sent to CubsClub@website.mlb.com.
Subscription to Gameday Audio
All members of the Cubs Club will receive a subscription to 2009 MLB.com Gameday Audio. MLB.com Gameday Audio allows fans to listen to live baseball games online, as well as the archives of those games. Cubs Club members' MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription will expire on Dec. 31, 2009. Exclusive Members-Only E-Newsletter
The Cubs Club E-newsletter allows for members to access content and special offers, made available for Cubs Club members. You must register with a valid e-mail address at the time of purchase to receive the newsletter. You can opt-out of the e-mail at any time. Adding CubsClub@website.mlb.com and feedback@list.mlb.com to your spam filter will help ensure Cubs Club E-newsletter and other alerts are delivered to you. The Cubs, nor MLB.com, are responsible for invalid e-mails or e-mails that bounce or are filtered by personal or corporate e-mail providers. Offers will also be available for viewing on the Cubs Club members-only area.

From time to time, members of Cubs Club will receive special online offers that will be communicated to members via e-mail and/or on the Cubs Club members-only site. All offers will be available for a limited time and are subject to availability.
Renewals
For your convenience, if selected, your 2009 Basic Cubs Club membership will automatically renew, without interruption, before the start of each subsequent MLB season at the rate then in effect unless you cancel your subscription by sending an email requesting cancellation to CubsClub@website.mlb.com before December 1, 2009 (subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).
For 2009 Ivy and Marquee members, please note your membership will not auto-renew for 2010. Those Cubs Club memberships are valid for the calendar year only. Your 2009 Ivy or Marquee membership cards will not be valid in 2010.
MLB.TV for Cubs Club Ivy & Marquee Member Purchasers
Starting April, 2009, members of the Cubs Club that purchase the Ivy and Marquee Club memberships shall receive a subscription to MLB.TV to watch live baseball games online, as well as the archives of those games, for 30 days. Once the 2009 season starts, the 30-day subscription will start immediately following their initial Cubs Club Ivy or Marquee Member purchase. Blackout restrictions apply. Ivy and Marquee Members: Exclusive Entry to Wrigley Field on Game Days
For each 2009 regular season home game played at Wrigley Field, but only upon presentation of a valid game ticket and valid Cubs Club "Ivy" or "Marquee" member card, each such member will be granted access to Wrigley Field through an entrance exclusively for Cubs Club "Ivy" or "Marquee" members located on Sheffield just south of the knothole gate. The identification on the gate will be labeled VIP/Sponsor Party Gate.
Cubs Club Ivy Membership Ticket Opportunity
Members of Cubs Club that purchase the "Ivy Membership" shall receive the opportunity to purchase four (4) tickets to a 2009 regular season home game at Wrigley Field, prior to the public onsale.
You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to purchase your tickets.
No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. Use of all tickets provided in connection with your Cubs Club membership shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets including, without limitation, those relating to game rain-outs. The opportunity to purchase your four (4) tickets expires at February 18, 2009. Please note, if purchasing more than one Cub Club Marquee Membership, please use one unique e-mail address per order.

Cubs Club Marquee Membership Ticket Opportunity
Members of Cubs Club that purchase the "Marquee Membership" shall receive the opportunity to purchase twelve (12) tickets to 2009 regular season home games at Wrigley Field, prior to the public onsale. Marquee members may purchase up to twelve (12) tickets but no more than four (4) tickets to any one Cubs home game at Wrigley Field in 2009.
You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to purchase your tickets.
No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. Cubs Club Marquee Membership: T-Shirt
All members of the Marquee Level of the Cubs Club will receive an exclusive, limited edition 2009 Cubs Club Marquee Level t-shirt. The t-shirts will be sent to active members as of April 1st, 2009, and will only be available to Cubs Club Marquee members.
Cubs Club Marquee Membership: On-Field Event
Members of the Cubs Club that purchase the Marquee "Ivy Membership" shall receive the opportunity to attend a non-game day event held at Wrigley Field during 2009.
Participants will have the opportunity to run the bases, play catch, shag fly balls in the outfield, and hit in the right-field batting cage. A small ballpark fan fare meal will be included.
