Jon & Farrah Lester's NVRQT Goes Country

Grab your cowboy boots and hat! Join Cubs starting pitcher Jon Lester, his wife Farrah, Cubs players and coaches and help strike out cancer. NVRQT. It's a rally cry that means "never quit". It's a mantra to unite and inspire children battling cancer around the world. NVRQT is once again going country to raise funds and awareness for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to research, education and lifesaving advancements for children with cancer to improve the care, quality of life and survival rates of children with malignant diseases. Rally alongside us for a great cause.

Look for a nationally recognized country music recording artist to headline a night of great music that includes Cubs players and coaches bartending and cooking up some country fun. Enjoy a hearty buffet dinner, cocktails and a premium silent and live auction as well as some games and additional entertainment from players and local celebrities in attendance.

The event is valid for guests ages 21 and over.

We can't thank y'all enough for another successful NVRQT Goes Country fundraiser! More than 350 guests helped raise $600,000 for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to research, education and lifesaving advancements for children with cancer to improve the care, quality of life and survival rates of children with malignant diseases.

The night featured country music performances by Nick Lynch and a surprise headline act by Brett Young. Guests also enjoyed fun carnival games alongside Cubs players and delicious food from Bub City. Thanks again for rallying alongside Jon Lester, his wife Farrah, for a great cause.
