Hot Stove Cool Music Chicago

The fifth annual Hot Stove Cool Music Chicago benefit concert returned to Metro Friday, June 17, with an All-Star lineup. GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter Liz Phair headlined the event, and Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder surprised attendees with a special guest appearance and performance with Theo Epstein. The event also featured Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, Latin GRAMMY-nominated jazz musician and former New York Yankee Bernie Williams and many more.

The event raised more than $400,000, which will benefit Chicago kids and families through Theo's Foundation To Be Named Later.
