Cook-Off for Cancer

Cook-Off for Cancer

The Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation hosted its third annual Cook-Off for Cancer, May 14 at Revel Downtown. The night featured upscale versions of ballpark food prepared by notable Chicago Chefs and served by some of Anthony's teammates. Guests voted on their favorite dished by tipping their Cubs Server. This year's restaurant winner was Chef Tony Priolo from Piccolo Sogno who was paired with Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant. Jon Lester and Travis Wood came in second raising the most money as the nights bartenders. The event raised more than $275,000 for pediatric cancer research as well as provide support to children and their families battling the disease, a cause close to Anthony and his family.
